Admission Confirmation

Admission is not confirmed by submitting an enquiry or registration form alone. Enrollment is confirmed only after the counselling session, eligibility assessment, seat availability, successful fee payment, and approval by the institute. The institute reserves the right to accept or decline any application based on its admission guidelines.

Counselling & Capability Assessment

Every student is required to attend a counselling session before admission. During this process, our mentors evaluate the student’s educational background, current knowledge, technical skills, communication abilities, learning capability, career goals, commitment, and overall readiness for the selected program. This assessment helps us understand the student’s learning requirements and recommend the most suitable training pathway.

As every student has a unique educational background, experience level, and learning requirement, the recommended training plan and course fee may vary from one student to another. The final course fee is determined based on the counselling and capability assessment conducted by the institute. Any fee quoted before the counselling session is indicative only and does not constitute final admission or fee confirmation.

To make learning more accessible, the institute may offer flexible payment options, including an EMI facility with up to three installments, subject to the institute’s approval and applicable terms. The selected payment plan must be agreed upon at the time of admission, and all installments must be paid according to the approved schedule.

This wording is professional, transparent, and explains:

  • Individual capability assessment.
  • Different fee structures for different students.
  • Final fee confirmation only after counselling.
  • Availability of EMI in up to 3 installments.
  • Institute’s control over approval and payment terms.

Syllabus & Learning Path Confirmation

Our training programs are designed to provide practical, industry-oriented learning. Based on the counselling and capability assessment, the learning plan, practical sessions, assignments, live projects, AI tools, and certain syllabus components may be customized or delivered differently according to the student’s existing knowledge, technical proficiency, learning pace, and career objectives. This approach ensures every student receives the most effective learning experience while maintaining the core course curriculum and learning outcomes.

Institute’s Right to Recommend

If a student is found to require foundational knowledge or additional preparation, the institute may recommend a different course, an alternative batch, prerequisite learning, or a customized training pathway. The institute also reserves the right to defer or decline admission if the selected program is not considered suitable for the student’s current skill level or learning objectives.

This version maintains a professional, trust-building tone while clearly explaining the admission process and your ability to tailor the training based on each student’s capability. It also avoids implying that the entire syllabus changes; instead, it clarifies that the learning approach, practical activities, and delivery may be adapted while the core curriculum remains consistent.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Sharing course materials, recording classes without permission, misusing student accounts, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of course access.

Certificate Eligibility

Certificates are issued only after successful course completion, submission of required assignments or projects, and full payment of all course fees or EMI dues.

Placement & Internship Disclaimer

The institute provides placement assistance and internship support; however, employment, internships, salaries, and job offers depend on the student’s performance, skills, interview results, and employer requirements. Placement is not guaranteed

All course materials, videos, presentations, study resources, and website content are the intellectual property of the institute. Copying, recording, sharing, selling, or redistributing any material without written permission is prohibited.

Responsible Use of AI Tools
